Jacob was here this morning working on my air conditioning. I was extremely impressed! I was very worried about cost, etc., and once again, Parkey’s was honest and reputable which is why I have used you several times. Jacob was polite, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and kind. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about him, but please give him kudos for me to management. We would like to call your attention to the service we received from Parkey’s this past week. A toilet and sink stopper problem was eliminated by a very pleasant repairman named Kurt. He explained everything step-by-step. We were so pleased with this service, we made arrangements to have our hot water heater replaced. Once more, Kurt came out and he replaced it. We were more than pleased!
When the inspector from the Pikes Peak Regional Building came to check our heater this morning, he said this replacement was one of the most professionally done that he had ever seen. A tribute to one of your employees! Kurt is truly an asset to your company. Please convey our thanks to him once more! I just wanted to thank Corrine and Rick for their exceptional customer service today. This morning when it was 26 degrees out, our furnace quit working. I called Parkey’s as soon as I noticed the alert on the thermostat. Corrine said they were totally booked up for the day, but she could send someone out after hours (after 5pm) or tomorrow. I didn’t want to go through the night without heat, so I told her tonight sometime would be fine. …Well, not half an hour later, Corrine calls and asked if I was still home and if it would be alright if she sent someone over now to look at the furnace. I was ecstatic! That was so thoughtful of her to get us in like that! Rick came over and took care of the issue. So in about an hour, I had called and got my furnace working again! I was so thankful for the excellent, quick service! In deep appreciation and continuing to earn our business, thank you very much! —Laura K.
I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciated the professionalism displayed by your employee, Rick, today. Not only did he call to let me know his estimated arrival time, but when there was a traffic backup on his route, he called back to let me know he would be delayed.
Upon his arrival, he adorned booties so as to not track any debris into and through my home. He completed the inspection/service of our furnace in a quick and timely fashion and provided me with a copy of his report. This type of service should be recognized and applauded. I pray all is well with you and that your company continues to prosper. We had a service representative from your company come out to our home to help us with an air conditioning problem we had over the weekend. His name was Keith L. and my wife and I were very impressed with his knowledge—not only his technical knowledge, but his knowledge of how to relate well to customers. He was highly professional, easily conveying technical knowledge backed up with real skill when it came to diagnosing and fixing our problem.
But it went much further than that. Unlike many in the home repair business, he knew how to relate to customers and did so giving us the confidence that our issue would be resolved and educating us on the various factors that could help us keep our equipment running well. In that vein, he informed us about the yearly inspection program Parkey’s offers and which we purchased this afternoon.
